a. Subscription Plans

FocusPro offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly Premium – $19.99 USD per month
• Yearly Premium – $49.99 USD per year

A Premium subscription provides access to advanced focus tools, premium features, and future premium content available within the app.

b. Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

c. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the applicable subscription rate.

d. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

If you cancel your subscription, access to Premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

e. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

FocusPro may occasionally offer free trials or promotional pricing for eligible users. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your account.

Eligibility for promotional offers may be limited and determined at our discretion.

f. Refund Policy

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account.

g. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or introduce new subscription plans in the future.

Any pricing changes will be communicated in accordance with App Store policies and will take effect upon renewal or the purchase of a new subscription. Existing subscribers will be notified by Apple when required.
