Welcome to FocusPro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FocusPro mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FocusPro, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FocusPro is a productivity application that helps users manage screen time, block distracting applications, create focus schedules, and monitor device usage through Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.

  • Provide accurate information when required.

  • Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.

  • Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of FocusPro may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.

  • Subscription fees are charged by Apple according to your selected plan.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.

  • Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Screen Time Features

FocusPro uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity APIs.

  • The App relies on permissions granted by the user.

  • Revoking permissions may limit functionality.

  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by changes to Apple services, operating systems, or permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with FocusPro are owned by FocusPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available.

  • The App will be error-free.

  • The App will meet every user's expectations or requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
